Bap Ads Reporting (the application)
I operate a private internal application called Bap Ads Reporting, used to produce reporting and audits for my own advisory clients. It accesses a client's advertising accounts (including Google Ads) only after that client has explicitly authorised access, and only for that client's own reporting.
What it accesses
- Campaign, keyword, search-term and performance data from the client's accounts
- Account identifiers needed to produce the reports
It does not access end-user personal data, and it does not collect data from the public.
How data is used
Solely to generate performance reports and audits for the client the data belongs to. Data is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, pooled across clients, used for advertising, or used to train AI or machine-learning models.
Google user data
Bap Ads Reporting's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in access-controlled systems in the EU and kept only for the duration of the engagement. It is deleted on request or when the engagement ends. Authorisation can be revoked by the client at any time, directly in their account.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or portability of your data. Write to lillesbaptiste@gmail.com and I will respond within 30 days.
Changes
Any update to this policy will be published on this page with a new date.
