Terms of Use
Applies to bap.report and to the Bap Ads Reporting application · Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. Scope
These terms govern the use of this website and of the private internal application Bap Ads Reporting, operated by Baptiste Lilles, independent growth advisor, Belgium ("the provider").
2. The website
This site is informational only. Its content is provided as is and may change at any time. It is not an offer, and it creates no contractual relationship.
3. Bap Ads Reporting (the application)
Bap Ads Reporting is a private reporting and audit tool built and operated by the provider for his own advisory engagements. It is not a public product, is not sold or licensed, and is not available for sign-up. Access is limited to the provider and to the client whose accounts it reports on.
4. Authorisation
The application accesses a client's advertising accounts (including Google Ads) only with that client's explicit authorisation, granted under a written advisory engagement. The client may revoke that authorisation at any time, directly in their account, which immediately ends all access.
5. Acceptable use
- Account data is used only to produce reports and audits for the client it belongs to.
- Campaign changes are reviewed by a human before they are applied.
- Data is not resold, shared or reused across clients.
- Use complies with the applicable platform terms, including the Google Ads API Terms of Service.
6. Confidentiality
Client data is treated as confidential and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. No warranty
Reports are provided for informational purposes without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the application. Engagement-specific liability is governed by the relevant client agreement.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page.
9. Governing law
Belgian law applies. Questions: lillesbaptiste@gmail.com.
